Review

The Chaps (Nige, Heggy, Phil, Dave, Ted & Chap) duly assembled in Bacchus bar to consume a few ales and discuss the nights entertainment that lay ahead. This was interspersed with Phil's stories of last week and the subsequent sex (sorry text) messages that he had received from Pepsi & Shirley. !!!!. This set the tone for the evening with Phil aiming to use his silky communications skills in an attempt to charm as many females as possible.

The Chaps left Bacchus bar and tootled down to PJ's, where we were joined by big Tone. For once we did not fall for the fatal charms of the quiz machine, electing to sit outside and admire the sights of China Town. Phil had his first knock back of the night, when a girl from Chelmsley refused to fall for the smooth charm and wit of the pint sized gigolo !!!.

Onwards and upwards as they say, the Chaps moved on to Zanzibar for the usual trek back in time. For once the amount of dancing seemed minimal, maybe old age is catching up with us. Nige, took up the Lombardo challenge, resuming from were Chap had left off from a previous visit. Phil made many voyages into the unknown in a desperate attempt to get laid for the night, mostly failing miserably. However, towards the end of the night, it seemed he had managed to hit the right note with a Sesame Street character (Big bird !!!), but even this failed to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

Nige and Heggy sidled off, leaving the rest of the Chaps to go for a curry at Kushum - Bagh restaurant. The Chaps had not tried this one before, but the grub proved to be of reasonable substance, as were the dumps the following morning !!!!.
