Meet at the White Swan (Wetherspoon's Solihull) as per last year from 5.00pm
Ruby booked for 9.15pm.
As it was a nice day and no golf was played Chap, Steve W and Tone decided for a pre-train livener in the OC's. A surprise guest was Ted who made his second appearance on the trot putting some of the other chaps to shame!!. For Chap and Steve it turned out to be 3 pints, whilst Tone & ted arrived in time for only one.
Arriving at The White Swan we found much to our surprise that our host was missing. A quick text about a table of bananas soon had him swinging in. We were joined soon after by Simbers, Steve B, Steve H, Dave and Michelle plus Ian's mates. Plenty of ale coupled with mirth and merriment followed. Dave had negated to tell Michelle that it was a chaps only session and at Chap's suggestion mentioned he should do a forfeit for Michelle of standing on a table at home starker's with a rose between his butt-cheeks singing the Waterboys the Whole of the Moon as they had been a topic of conversation - not seen anything on Facebook about this one. Phil had come up with another 'Rogesque' bazaar excuse and did not make it.
9.00pm arrived and it wads time to head for a ruby at the same venue as last year. Steve W who had already decided to miss this out headed for home but not before taking tumble in the White Swan over some mysterious 'ramp'. Tone decided to see him home leaving the rest of the motley cure to head for food,
Good curry again as per last time although Chap's memory is a little vague at this point having got into double figures on the ale count.
