Meet in Edmunds at 5.00pm

The Chaps assembled in Edmunds from around 5.00pm. Chap and Tone being first to arrive soon followed by Jim, Simbers, Dave, Steve, Nige. Ian + 1, Phil + 1 A hectic pace of beer drinking ensued and by the time we decide to leave there must have been a total of 11 chaps plus guests in the mix.
We decided to brave the upstairs bar at the Wellington as the next port of call. It was not to bad outside if you sheltered under a big brolley, but some less robust chaps opted for the inside lounge, Again beer and shorts were consumed in quick succession keeping up the pace of the earlier sprint start in Edmunds.
After several beers, we decided to head for the Old Royal, a treat for Mr Smoothy Bollox of course as he could supp Worthy's. The chaps stayed here until home time, although things were getting a bit fury by that time. Suspect Phil et al headed for the A & B to round off the night.
